Luggage and the right one a review on (part 2)

2. SOFT CASE LUGGAGE
Made from durable nylon, this type of luggage is similar to the size and shape of a hard- sided case, but can accommodate more items due to the suppleness of its materials. It is outfitted with four multi-directional spinner wheels; top and side carry handles, an ergonomic telescoping handle, and a TSA-approved combination lock.
Traveler’s Tip; Since security is always a top priority when traveling, it’s smart idea to make use of luggage that come with a combination lock to provide additional precautions.

3.HARD CASE LUGGAGE

This is the most durable type of luggage and is generally made from plastic and other molded materials. Ideal for long vacations where you’ll need a large amount of personal items, this type of luggage affords you the storage space and safety. Outfitted with four multi-directional wheels and easy pullout handles, transporting this sturdy item is undoubtedly effortless.

    Luggage and the right one

Journeying across oceans and entire continents is undoubtedly a thrill, but it can equally be a bother, especially if you don’t have the right luggage to keep your belongings in check. Regardless of whether your trip consists of a quick getaway to Hong Kong or a lengthy flight to Paris.

    1. DUFFEL BAG
Carry-on luggage is significantly smaller, but these items boast a lot of features and compartments. Small enough to fit in the space underneath your airplane seat or in the overhead bin, carry-on luggage is perfect for belongings that are far too precious to be left jostling about in the plane’s cargo hold. It’s perfectly suited for short weekend trips and the like.
Travel’s Tip: Use a soft exterior bag with some give to it. Many times hard cases just don’t fit in luggage compartments regardless of how much you force it.

    HOME DESIGNING TIPS

    1. Hire a Pro. It is better to spend on the professional service of a designer or contractor that to waste money on a nightmare. There are a lot of talented and competent ones who can help you achieve you dream space on a realistic budget.

    2. Start with a good floor plan.
Think about the important and major pieces you need in the room, and consider the grouping of your furniture based on function or activity in the area, as well as traffic flow. Furniture showrooms can help you with this. You can also get good advice from an interior designer.

    3. Always check the scale of furniture.
Everything should look right according to the size of the room. Study the art of scale and balance in arranging furniture. You can always look at design magazines to see how it’s done.

    4. For small spaces, less is more.
If you can only have the important furniture pieces in your space create multifunctional areas. Integrate the living and dining rooms, or the guest and TV rooms.
    5. Play with lighting. Use monochromatic or subdued colors and hang mirrors. These are ways to achieve the illusion of space.

MODERN LIFESTYLE IS HARMFUL TO THE SPINE

In recent years, people’s living standards and work environment has greatly improved, but due to accelerating pace of living, increase in work pressure and sedentary lifestyle, waist and back disease is growing at a remarkable rate. • Ignoring the pain

If back pains are left untreated or allowed to progress, can lead to a severe disability.

Bone strength and muscle elasticity decreases. Ligaments thicken and disc dry up. Low back pain can be caused by disease such as disc degeneration, lumbar stenosis and spondylolisthesis.

    IMPORTANCE OF YOUR SPINE

A healthy spine contributes to the well-being and quality of life. The spine is the pillar of the human body. It is essentially responsible for nearly every move we make. It also protects the spinal cord, which insulate the nerves. These nerves connect to our brain to various organs and muscles, sending and transmitting messages for movement and body function to the rest of the body.
The spine is a column of bones called vertebrae. Human body is composed of 7 cervical, 12 thoracic, 5 lumber, 5 sacral, and 3-5 coccyx vertebrae. Surrounded by the spine, the spinal cord, nerves, blood vessels and lymph nodes are linked together.
The functions of the spinal cord depend on the condition of the vertebrae. When the mobility of the vertebrae becomes dull, the reflexes become dull. When the spine is distorted, the nerves are compressed, and as a result, all the organs controlled by those nerves will not perform properly. The purpose of therapy is to correct the distorted vertebrae and normalize the functions of the organs, muscles, tissues and nerves.

    What is dental plaque?

Dental plaque is a cheese like thin coating of bacteria and food particles that sticks to the teeth and converts dietary sugar to acid. It cannot be rinsed off. It can only be removed by brushing and flossing, and by professional cleaning by dentist.
The longer the plaque is allowed to stick to the teeth, the greater are the chances that it will cause tooth decay and gum disease. Dental plaque can be seen by using a disclosing tablet. This is how it works. After chewing a tablet the plaque left on the teeth is stained a bright pink colour. Further Brushing of the stained areas is needed until the pink stain is removed. This will confirm that all the plaque has been brushed away. Disclosing tablets or solutions should be an integral part of tooth cleaning. They allow us to see how well, or badly we are brushing our teeth. They must not be swallowed.
