Health Benefits from Drinking Beer

Health benefits from drinking beer? Who would have thought that such thing ever existed? Yes, it struck me odd to but apparently, it’s true.

Most studies in the past shows the benefits of drinking alcoholic drinks– particularly, red wine. But recent studies show that beer, on moderate consumption (about 2 glasses a day), has great effects on a drinker’s cardiovascular system. This is contrary to the notion that beer only produces a big fat belly a.k.a. the “beer belly” and of course, the most common sickness related to beer: liver and kidney diseases. Some studies even show evidences that moderate drinkers have 20% less chance of experiencing stroke while a person who drinks a glass a day or a week showed no difference in the risk percentage. Wicked, right?

Well, now, keep on drinking buddy but keep it moderate. Beer has been found to lessen risk of heart attack, coronary disease and atherosclerosis or the condition where arteries harden.
