Proper Exercise-

In the days where technology was less, people lived longer and healthier lives. This is because they’ve always had to constantly move around and do things that would make them break a sweat.

I do not condemn technology and the convenience it brings in our daily lives but I would like to highlight the fact that it inspires the majority of us to move less. Moving less and eating more leads to a lot of health problems not of the least is obesity. Because we move less, the proper exercise that some of our bodily organs require are unmet therefore reducing a person’s health stamina. What’s good news is there is such a thing as disability insurance.

The amount of convenience that technology has provided us must be much with the amount of exercise that we should have in a day. Maintaining this would ensure a proper healthy and definitely longer lifestyle.
