There are some things in life that we wish to remain the same and still, there are lot of things that we regret and wish to change. We are constantly subjected to the constant bickering of life that we sometimes feel down and depressed and consumed by the thought that we just don’t have what it takes to take on life. But to ride life, we must learn to adjust, adapt and improve ourselves.
The first step is acceptance: accept the things as they are. Sure, get frustrated but do not dwell on them for too long. Yes, accept things as they are but only accept them in a temporary manner. People can change, and people can improve. After acceptance, you must learn to reject. Reject the negative thought, the ideas which weigh you down. Reject your current situation and always think of what you wish to be, your very best vision of what you can be.
The pursuit for happiness is sometimes thorny but it can be very satisfying. Keep believing!
