Something About Bladder Control Loss-

bladder control loss , medically known as neurogenic bladder, is a urinary problem due to a disease of the nerves controlling the muscles of the urinary bladder. There is uncoordinated muscle contraction and relaxation of bladder muscles leading to inability to hold or expel urine normally. The causes of the nerve dysfunction can be congenital like Spina bifida, or diseases in the central nervous system as evident in brain tumors, and in the peripheral nervous system as exemplified by diabetic neuropathy and spinal cord injuries.

You may want to consider getting good running shorts in case you have to go. :)

The problem of urinary retention may predispose to renal stone formation and urinary tract infection. Mode of treatment can be medical or in severe cases, surgical intervention is beneficial.
