Everyone at some point in their lives feel that they’ve blended into a habit so well that they simply feel that nothing new is going to happen to them.
Picture a scenario where you have your daily routine of waking up, going to work, and doing that all over again 5 times a week and then take a rest on the weekend. Everything you do feels the same and you just want something new to spice up life, something like having a new apple ipod touch that you can enjoy.
That often happens to people and the simple solution is to break the habit. Not to say that you have to quit work and etc.
Simply decide to do something you normally wouldn’t.
